Eagle Savings Bank’s pre-qualification program is an excellent way for you to determine “how much house” you can afford before you spend time looking. Nothing can be more disappointing than seeing the house of your dreams only to find out later you really can’t have it.
The Eagle program is simple. One of our qualified lending personnel will gather all of the normal information from you required for a loan application. We then verify the information, as required.
Finally, we let you know the maximum amount that you can afford before you go “house hunting”. We’ll even give you a letter so you can shop with a guaranteed approval. Your real estate agent will be able to target homes just for you. When you see the “right one”, you already know it can be yours. You’ll be moving in before you know it!
